The sport of rowing offers something for everyone. Once you’ve experienced one of the best learn to row courses in Perth you will wonder why you didn’t do it earlier.
 

Rowing can be anything from a gentle “all over, low impact” exercise to a “vigorous total body” aerobic workout.

We will teach you the basic technical aspects of rowing, so that you feel comfortable on the river to just enjoy “being” on the river. The water on the Canning River is some of the prettiest and protected in Perth.
 

After you have completed one of our learn to row courses you will have learned enough to row in a crew either for a fun outing when you want to or to row regularly for fitness (and maybe to lose extra kilos).

If you have to miss a week for some reason we can usually finish your course in the weeks following. Don’t be put off from starting if you think you might not be able to commit to 4 Saturday mornings in a row. 

When your course finishes we also offer a few more free weeks of going out with our regular rowers. Our club members are all very helpful and love to impart their knowledge to help out newbies.
